ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Meet Leslie
Leslie Kenny is not a doctor. She is a patient.
Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus at 39, and told to give up on having another child, she built her own plan instead, and had her daughter naturally at 43. She now tests her biological age at 21, using twenty-nine inflammatory markers, and lives free of the disease that once threatened her.
Leslie holds an MBA from Harvard and a degree from UC Berkeley. She co-founded the Oxford Longevity Project and Oxford Healthspan, works with scientists at Oxford and Osaka, and serves as Global Executive Ambassador for the Japan Autophagy Consortium.
